REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a smooth Refund and Exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is easy and worry-free.

1. Package Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers may open the package and check all items before the courier leaves.

 • If everything is satisfactory, you may accept the entire package.

 • If anything is not as expected, you may refuse the entire package.

Important: Partial acceptance or refusal of individual items is not allowed. Orders must be either received in full or returned in full.

2. Delivery Coordination

Please coordinate a suitable delivery time with the courier to allow for immediate inspection and try-on upon delivery.

3. Large Orders

For orders above EGP 4,000, customers will be contacted to confirm the order with a deposit payment before shipment.

4. Delivery Attempts & Cancellations

 • The courier will attempt delivery two (2) times.

 • If delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, the order will be automatically canceled.

 • Customers with a history of two (2) canceled orders will be required to pay the full order amount upfront for any future orders.

5. Refund & Exchange Window

If you change your mind after accepting the order:

 • You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

 • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags/labels attached.

6. Terms & Conditions

 • Refunds will only be issued after the item(s) are returned to our office and inspected.

 • For exchanges: the original order must be returned to us first for inspection. Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs both ways.

 • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or a defect).

 • Items that are used, washed, or missing their original tags/labels will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

 • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the return is received and approved, via the original payment method.

 •Important notice: During the sale period, no previews or returns are allowed. Only exchanges are permitted if necessary.

 • Eveningwear, including any items made of satin, silk, shimmer fabrics, or embellished with rhinestones/sequins, are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 • Bags are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

1. فحص الطلب عند الاستلام

يمكن للعملاء فتح الطرد وفحص جميع القطع قبل مغادرة المندوب.

 • إذا كان كل شيء مناسب، يمكنك استلام الطلب بالكامل.

 • إذا لم تكن أي قطعة على النحو المتوقع، يمكنك رفض الطلب بالكامل.

ملاحظة مهمة: لا يُسمح بالاستلام أو الإرجاع الجزئي لقطع فردية داخل الطلب؛ يجب استلام الطلب بالكامل أو إرجاعه بالكامل.

2. التنسيق مع المندوب

يرجى التنسيق مع المندوب لتحديد وقت مناسب للتسليم، بما يتيح لكم فحص وتجربة القطع فورًا عند الاستلام.

3. الطلبيات الكبيرة

بالنسبة للطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن ٤,٠٠٠ جنيه، سيتم التواصل معكم لتأكيد الطلب بدفع مقدم قبل الشحن.

4. محاولات التسليم والإلغاء

 • سيحاول المندوب توصيل الطلب مرتين.

 • إذا لم يتم التسليم بعد المحاولة الثانية، سيتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.

 • العملاء الذين لديهم سجل من طلبين تم إلغاؤهما سيطلب منهم دفع كامل قيمة الطلب مقدمًا لأي طلبات مستقبلية.

5. فترة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

إذا غيرت رأيك بعد استلام الطلب:

 • لديك يومين من تاريخ التسليم لتقديم طلب استرجاع أو استبدال.

 • يجب أن تكون القطع المرجعة غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، وفي حالتها الأصلية، وجميع الأوسمة/التيكتات الأصلية مرفقة.

6. الشروط والأحكام

 • سيتم إصدار الاسترجاع فقط بعد استلام القطعة/القطع في مكتبنا وفحصها.

 • بالنسبة للاستبدال: يجب إعادة الطلب الأصلي أولًا للفحص. بعد الموافقة، سيتم شحن القطعة الجديدة، ويكون العميل مسؤولًا عن تكاليف الشحن في كلا الاتجاهين.

 • قد تتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع إلا إذا كان السبب خطأ من جانبنا (مثل إرسال قطعة خاطئة أو وجود عيب).

 • القطع المستخدمة، المغسولة، أو المفقود منها الأوسمة/التيكتات الأصلية لن تكون مؤهلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

 • سيتم معالجة الاسترجاع خلال ٧–١٤ يوم عمل بعد استلام القطعة والموافقة عليها، عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

خلال فترة التخفيضات، لا يُسمح بالمعاينة أو الإرجاع. يُسمح فقط بالاستبدال عند الضرورة

 • الملابس السواريه، بما في ذلك أي قطعة مصنوعة من ساتان، حرير، شمر، أو مرصعة بالكريستال/الترتر، غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

 • الشنط غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
